Poriscope
Poriscope is a nanopore analysis tool available as an open-source python package that provides both a graphical interface for nanopore analysis as well as a set of python objects that can be used as standalone elements to construct custom analysis pipelines.

Poriscope is open source and available under the MIT license on the TCossaLab github repository.
It is intended to be a community-built tool, and we invite any interested researchers to fork the repository, play with it, and contribute plugins that implement segments of your own workflow in support of the broader nanopore community.
In addition to the detailed documentation you can find a series of tutorial videos to assist in learning to use the framework on the TCossaLab YouTube channel.
